I think this may be Ryan Michelle at her best. It may be my favorite of the Ravage series. Well, no, right close behind Princess and Cruz. And believe me, that says a lot considering I've read everything she's written.
Not only has Ryan stepped up the connection between our characters but I feel like she gave us drama, while answering some of our old questions and putting them to rest. All the while she gave two of our men their women, and boy did she give it to them. I love when Ryan writes the Ravage women because they're not docile women who just roll over for their men, and who doesn't love a strong female lead.
I only had one lasting topic tugging at me. I wanted to know what happened with Flash. I think we need to know after she did what she did. I always feel like I need more after I read Ryan's books. Like its never enough. I could just keep reading and reading and reading on and on.
I loved this book. Even that ending.
I loved it from beginning to end.
It is a 4.5 star for me
Ryan Michele has a huge obsession with reading, which only came to life after her best friend said she had to read Twilight. After reading that series, her entire world changed in the blink of an eye. Not only was she sucked into new worlds and all of the wonderful words authors put down on paper, she felt the urge to begin to write down the characters that played inside of her head. In doing so, Safe was born. When she’s not reading or writing, she spends time taking care of her two children and her husband, enjoying the outdoors and laying in the sun.
