Oh shit. Jesus. Fuck. yes... Pick up this book! I just.. I am like bouncing up and down from reading this book. I have so much pent up energy and angst and an overwhelming need to shout from the rooftops how freaking spectacular this book was!
I don't even know how to write this review. Every time I start a new sentence I can only get one word out before I want to just fist pump the air. This book was so freaking phenomenal. I .. just... FREAKING PHENOMENAL. Can you tell I loved it?
I mean, you've got Riley.. fan your face ladies.. whoa.
And then you have Ellie... she's a force herself.
You put those two together and hoooolllyyyyy shit. Someone buy me a desk.
Then you throw in the drama of what happened, what her dad did, what he was a part of, what kind of person he was, what kind of person she is, what Riley really set out for.. it's a recipe for chaos. Let me tell you, it's the BEST KIND OF CHAOS.
Twists and turns after twists and turns.. and then the ulterior motives that all these people have. . and his family and what happened to them.. the siblings and who they've all grown up to be .. All these people and their ulterior motives.. it's surprise after surprise after page turning surprise. I read this book in one day, sitting on the edge of my seat absolutely addicted.
And, of course, I loved the reference to McKay-Taggart team.. i mean hello, Masters and Mercenaries.. ummm... YES, PLEASE~
I am telling you, you WANT to read this book.. no, no no.. you NEED to read this book. You will thank me later.
