Now that is how you do a sequel in a series. It's finally here. Time that Margot got the upper hand to King, finally. I was so sure she was gonna be miserable and just fighting him in the sequel, boy was I wrong. Thank you Yamada and Vegas.
I will be the first to admit. I freaking love what Michelle did here. We have the return of Yamada and his humor. We have the return of the sass. And we have the return of the sexy. And dear lord is it sexy. From the limo, to the airplane, to the mouth on this man- it's all pure sexiness.
My one and only complaint- why can't it be longer? I'm curious to see what trouble is stirred up in the third book, how Margot and Alexander shift and change in their relationship, and what ends up happening with the business dealings.
A definite 4 star read.
