Wow.. Talk about the ultimate revenge and hidden secrets.
I am strangely in love with this stupid revenge plot rollercoaster ride. I don't even know where to start with this. Our main character has so many secrets and lies.. I just don't know where to start. Where to put my foot down.
There were so many times during the story that, when she started to follow through with her plan, and see the real him, I wanted to stomp my foot like a toddler and make her stop. Her and her little hello kitty pixie side kick. And while I understood the why behind it, I found myself not liking it more and more as truths were uncovered and we got to know him a little better. And dear lord, the chemistry. The chemistry is definitely there for our characters. Pphhhhhheeeeewwwwwwwyyyyy.
With that being said, and everything being hidden, truths unfold, lies and lied, revenge is had... I found myself saying enough is enough. When it started to get real, it started to get old. She just had to keep going. Just had to. And I just jet getting annoyed because it felt real, almost like she just wouldn't accept it.
But then.. The end. And I don't think it could have been better. Well it could have it she could cross that important line. But... It was still a great ending.
All in all a 4 star read
