I just love this series . this book about Tag and Weatherly, there was just something about it that was so emotional for me. Tag is one of our ex-ops boys. and now that they're safe, I was wondering how M Leighton was going to threaten him. I mean the physical threat was gone.. so, what could she do? I shouldn't have doubted. she took us on an emotional rollercoaster in this one. the threat- all in the feels, the broken heart, the emotions.
immediately I was swept up in all things romantic with Tag. I mean how could you not be. the cabin, the 4 wheeler, the grapes, the mud, just everything he did for her had an emotional tie to it.. it mattered to them. it was sweet. it was swoonworthy. it was HOT.
"But if I had to guess," he says tracing a path up my throat to my ear with the tip of his tongue.
"Yes?"
"I'd say you're a witch. Because you've bewitched me. I just can't seem to get enough."

Then Tag stepped in regarding the dude. the arrangement. and it was like their relationship stepped up a notch. and while you know Tag is keeping a secret, you are left wondering what it is. M keeps us on the edge of our seat wondering what will cost him his love.
then the truth comes out..I think my stomach flipped. I was so invested. so involved. so into their relationship. I was torn, just like Weatherly. what to do? do I hate this character or love him? and what he does to battle his heartbreak , how he handles it, how he proves his love.. made me fall so much for that character.

M is so fluid with her writing style. every dang time she sucks me in and leaves me wanting more. her writing seems so effortless and smooth .
if you've read the other books you will want to read this one too. it's so dang beautiful.
