❤❤ ICE by Chelsea Camaron and Jessie Lane - 4.5 stars ❤❤

She's an investment banker.
He's an outlaw biker.
A little bit of heaven is about to meet a whole lot of hell.

Morgan Powell was raised to be perfect, to set an example for her sisters to follow. Her life has been dedicated to making something of her career, so she wouldn’t know what to do with a man even if you gave her an instruction manual.

Brett 'Ice' Grady spends his days trying to keep up with his teenage daughter, his nights consumed in Regulators’ MC business. He has no time for anything more than a casual hookup.

Two worlds collide when the dangers of his life crash into the calm of hers.

Can she go beyond her own boundaries and chip her way through to the man known to be as cold as ice?

Loosely attached to Chelsea Camaron's Hellions series and Jessie Lane's Ex Ops series.

SO, if you look at my read books, you will see lots of MC books I've read. For some reason, this one stands out a little bit to me. There is angst, yes. There is drama, yes. There is suspense, yes. There is sexiness, yes. But I think what it is, the reason behind why I liked this so much is the reason behind the MC. The driving force, the reason why they do what they do, why they were founded. I don't know that I have read a book like this one before.

Now, let's be honest. Ice is hot as hell. And the way this relationship with Morgan develops is different. I think that's why I really liked this book. There is the same MC drama, and flow, and brother hood. But the thing that pulls Morgan and Ice together, what forges that bond is so different and scary, and sad. I love his dirty mouth. I love her strength for her sister. I love his determination to get her sister back for her. I love the bond that forges between them. I love the way the story turned out between these two. It breaks my heart what her sister went through, but still think it was a great story.

I also love that though both of these great authors wrote this book, it was seamless. You couldn't tell where one author wrote and the next one picked up. It is a great partnership between two great authors.

I gave this book 4.5 stars
