Royally-Matched-3D-book
Some men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry Charles Albert Edgar Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap.
He’s not handling it well.
Hoping to force her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora goes on a much-needed safari holiday—and when the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own:
Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.
A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world's most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart.
While Henry revels in the sexy, raunchy antics of the contestants as they fight, literally, for his affection, it’s the quiet, bespectacled girl in the corner—with the voice of an angel and a body that would tempt a saint—who catches his eye.
The more Henry gets to know Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum, the more enamored he becomes of her simple beauty, her strength, her kind spirit…and her naughty sense of humor.
But Rome wasn’t built in a day—and irresponsible royals aren’t reformed overnight.
As he endeavors to right his wrongs, old words take on whole new meanings for the dashing Prince. Words like, Duty, Honor and most of all—Love.

I think Emma really brought her A game with this book. not only do we have one epic love story, but we have two characters who grow so much through this story, thanks to the other person.

Sara has a bit of a tragic past and from that has issues with loud noises and glass. she's an introvert and extremely shy. our Prince here is the exact opposite. a bed hopper who loves to party. so these two shouldn't fit together so well, right? oh but they do. and they do it so beautifully.

I think what I liked most about the book was the way Emma closed it out. she made these two people stay so true to their characters. it wasn't a wham bam I love you the end. th characters stayed true to their course. they did what they set out and towed the line of what was Important to Sarah. they kept what meant a lot to her as a relevant and important topic. it wasn't something that was brushed under the rug or forgotten. it stays important all the way through.

it was so much more than that. you have to have read book 1 to get an inside look to Prince Henry and what has him always partying. so when he makes the commitment he does in this book, you know how much that act meant to him. that he's grown up. he's serious now. he's going to be one hell of a man. and you can't help but fall in love with him even more. you may have first fallen in the woods, but you fall even more in love with the secrets of the night.

I loved what Emma did with Sarah and Henry. I loved seeing Sarah come out of her shell. but I also loved how Emma used the characters love of books as more than just a hobby. I loved watching these two break out of those ideas of who they thought they were and morph into who they were meant to be. I love their devotion to one another.

“If anything happens to you, I’ll die. I’m not exaggerating.” My voice is strangled and wetness trickles from my eyes and I don’t give a damn. “You are woven into my soul and you are wrapped around my heart. And if anything happens to you, both will wither and die and I won’t even care.”

Emma's writing in this book was addictive, romantic, and so heartwarming. one of the best books I've read in 2017

"once a shell is broken, it can’t be put back together again— not really, not in the same way it was. The cracks will always be there. That’s the Henry Effect."
